Description

This year’s Compensation Survey was conducted in tandem with Alera Group’s Healthcare & Employee Benefits Benchmarking Survey, allowing NJASEPS member schools to compare compensation and benefit offerings.

During this webinar, Alera Group will present the compiled survey findings, highlight key trends and insights, and provide an overview of how member schools’ benefits and compensation structures compare across NJASEPS and New Jersey. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the results once the data has been reviewed.
