The Larc Norcross School is a nationally recognized private school and 501c3 serving children and adults with multiple disabilities and complex medical needs under the auspices of the New Jersey Department of Education and the New Jersey Division of Disabilities. We are looking for a compassionate, experienced Registered School Nurse.

At Larc, you won't be rushing from room to room in a hospital or working unpredictable shifts. Instead, you'll work a Monday - Friday work schedule. You'll become part of a collaborative team who truly know our students and adults and celebrate every milestone—whether it's a first word on an AAC device, a successful community outing, or a participant achieving something they never thought possible.

What You'll Do

As a School Nurse, you'll play an essential role in keeping our students and adults healthy, safe, and ready to be engaged by:

• Providing skilled nursing care to medically fragile students and adults.
• Responding to student and adult health needs and emergencies.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Collaborating with physicians, families, therapists, and educational and Adult Program staff. Maintaining health records and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Supporting students and adults so they can fully participate in educational programming.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience working with children with disabilities or medically complex individuals is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $68,000–$109,000 annually, based on experience, education, certifications, and whether school or adult calendar is worked.
